Yard and House Progress this year!

This year we have worked a lot on the yard and the painting of the house we are not done yet but, here a some photo's of what we have done so far.

Getting Ready for the 4th of July Party!

It's that time of the year again and we are getting ready for our 4th of July party! I planted Red, White and Blue Flowers and today we bought a new grill. Mike has wanted a new one for a few years so we finally gave in and got one. When we finally get our deck built in the back yard I would like to get a real big stainless steal one that has a built in sink and stuff but, for now this one will work.

OK so here is my plan ..... I am going to make a list of important events in the last 7 years here so that slowly I can add as many of them as possible over time and still add current things now.
So here is my list:

-Building our house
-Getting Married
-Starting our business
-Getting our dogs
-Adopting our girls
-Weigh loss gaining and losing journey
-My niece being born
ect........
I'm going to post a Jackson family photo with this blog (Yes my husband was cropped in and my brother Kyle is a cardboard cut out) my brother was on a mission in Texas and my husband was in Texas helping with hurricane Ike. Family photo's are too hard to reschedule so we faked it!

First Family Blog

I am finally going to start a Smith Family Blog.
I have wanted to start one for over a year now but, didn't because so much has been missed since 2002 I felt like it would be incomplete.
However I've finally decided that the longer I wait the more I am missing so I'm going to start today!
